I am a 46 year old MBA business professional with over 14 years of experience in procurement and marketing in the agribusiness, banking, resort development industries in Nicaragua and the United States. Currently we are developing our family properties consisting of our large colonial house where El Arca de Noé Hotel is, a house in San Juan del Sur where eventually will open El Arca de Noé San Juan del Sur, and a farm in the shores of lake Nicaragua where we are planning to develop an eco tourism lodging.

We, the family still live in our large property and we are available to you on site 24/7. We host our guest as family and close friends whom we haven´t seen in a long time. We are located at the historic center of Granada only two blocks away from the main square. Our neighborhood is very safe and surrounded by other hotels, restaurants, churches and other attractions. There are small stores nearby where food and groceries can be bought. The local market is only 5 blocks away. The main two supermarkets are 8 blocks away. The bus station to Managua (Leon route) is only 5 blocks and the bus station to Rivas (San Juan del Sur and Ometepe) is 10 blocks away. The main banks and exchange money locations are only two blocks away.
