Located between the marina and the Oosterschelde beach, here you will enjoy the best Zeeland has to offer. When you step into Vista Maris flat 28, you are immediately welcomed by a sense of space and light. The large sliding doors offer panoramic views of both the marina and the Oosterschelde. The comfortable seating area with a corner sofa and separate armchair invites you to relax with a good book or enjoy a film on the television. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern appliances you need, such as a combi microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster, Nespresso machine and kettle. The bedroom is equipped with a 180x200 cm double bed with two separate mattresses, ensuring a good night's sleep. There is a spacious open wardrobe with plenty of hanging space and shelves. A special feature of this flat is the stylish hamam bathroom, lined with beautiful mosaic. Featuring an exceptionally spacious shower with seating area, sink with open storage and illuminated mirror. One of the greatest assets of this flat rental in Zeeland is the possibility to fully enjoy the outdoors. Both outdoor areas are equipped with various garden furniture. The spacious terrace on the marina side, accessible through the wall-to-wall sliding doors, is south-facing and perfect for sunny days, while the enclosed north-facing garden on the Oosterschelde side offers direct access to the beach and water. There is also a small storage room in the apartment and a spacious shed accessible from the street side. Here there is space to store bicycles and dive or golf equipment.
