A cosy, homely cottage where everyone can feel at home. Lots of natural materials, plenty of light and space. Furnished with atmospheric furniture, crockery and bedding. Very dog-friendly. All basic necessities are provided such as spices, coffee, tea but also towels, bedding, tea towels, pans, glasses, cutlery, etc. It really lacks nothing.
It delights me every time to read the sweet, nice, positive messages in the guestbook. It's nice that I can share this cottage with others, who often enjoy it as much as I do. As I love dogs myself and have three of my own, dogs are also very welcome in the cottage. A screened garden and a special place to let your dog out make this a true paradise for dog owners.
A quiet park, largely car-free. Here you can enjoy your peace and quiet and the space the surroundings offer. The sea, beach, dunes and a lake within walking distance. Fun towns and villages within cycling distance. Amsterdam and The Hague easily accessible by car. The restaurant Como&Co at the Oosterduinsemeer (within walking distance) is highly recommended! The Sunday morning breakfast is fantastic, the atmosphere and ambiance is great. Restaurant De Volière is a new, great restaurant on the lake, within walking distance and highly recommended. The restaurant Langs Berg en Dal is also fine (also within walking distance), also delicious pancakes and hot chocolate walking back from the beach. And let me not forget the bulb fields in the area, starting at the edge of the park. A display of flowers in season. The highlight is a visit to Keukenhof, open this year from 21 March to 12 May until 7.30pm. Easily accessible by bike or car.
