This 4-star hotel is 10 minutes by foot from Leidseplein and Museumplein. Grand Hotel Downtown offers modern rooms with free Wi-Fi. Its lobby has a 24-hour front desk, and a tours and ticket service. Each air-conditioned room features a flat-screen TV, 2 complimentary bottles of water and a stocked minibar at an additional charge. Each room has a lock that is provided with an extra alarm for more safety. The private bathroom has a shower and free bathrobe. Some rooms open onto a terrace with panoramic views of the city. A buffet-style breakfast is served during the week from 07:00 till 10:30 in the modern and stylish breakfast room with high windows. Several restaurants are also within walking distance of Grand Hotel Downtown. An ice machine is at guests their disposal for free and can be found at the reception. Guests can make their stay more pleasant by adding room packages including flowers, chocolates or a filled minibar. The Bilderdijk and Overtoom tram stops are less than a 5-minute walk from the hotel. They provide direct access to Central Station in 15 minutes and Dam Square in 10 minutes. Anne Frank House and the historic Jordaan neighbourhood are both 3 tram stops away.

Please note that an authorization form, copy of passport and credit card is required if the credit card holder is not present upon check-in. Guests can request this form using the Special Comments box. The same credit card used at the time of booking needs to be presented upon check-in.

Please note that parking is only possible until 15:00 at checkout-day. Parking costs EUR 40 per day and has to be requested in advance.

Please note that baby cots are only available on request.

Extra beds can only be placed in the Family Room, certain Deluxe Rooms and certain Large Penthouse Suites. This has to be requested in advance and needs to be confirmed by the hotel prior to arrival.

Breakfast is available from 07:00 until 10:30, daily.
