Utilities are included (G/W/L). No other guests will be present in the accommodation. Located in the rural village of Kelpen-Oler, in the province of Limburg, within a 10 to 15-minute drive from Roermond (Outlet), Weert (Bospop), and the white town of Thorn. The accommodation is built in the same style as the characterful historic house. It can accommodate one to four people and is open year-round. Everyone is welcome, including LGBTQ+ guests. Feel at home right away! The charming guesthouse extends over two floors. The ground floor features a cozy sitting area with digital TV, an open kitchen with basic amenities, a spacious bathroom, and a bedroom with a double bed. Upstairs, you will find a second bedroom with two single beds, a separate room with a second toilet and sink, and a loft area that is ideal for business guests, complete with a desk and a monitor. Guests have free use of the garden and pool. We provide all basic amenities and more, including towels (one set per person) and made beds. Hand and tea towels are replaced after a few nights, and bed linens are changed weekly, along with a light cleaning of the accommodation. All of this is at no extra cost. If the weather is not favorable, you are welcome in our charming home, a former schoolmaster's house that has been designated as a municipal monument for several years. We usually like to welcome you personally and hand over the keys to the guesthouse. If this is not possible, we will ensure you can use the key box. The code will be sent to you in advance of your arrival. * The pool is equipped with a retractable cover and is opened in early May and closed at the end of September, depending on the weather. The decision to open/close the pool is made by the owners. Cities such as Roermond, Weert (Bospop), the historic "white" town of Thorn, the fortified town of Stevensweert, and Wessem are all within a 10 to 15-minute drive. Additionally, you can reach the borders of Belgium and Germany in less than fifteen minutes. There is quick access to the A2 highway towards Maastricht (50 km) or Eindhoven (30 km), making these major cities easily reachable for a day trip. Or take a day trip to the Castle Gardens Arcen and also visit the castle, located in Arcen. For those visiting wedding or party venues, "Kasteel Groot Buggenum," "Fun Beach Event & Leisure Park Panheel," and "Boschmolenplas" are only a 10-minute drive away.
