Bring your family to unwind in this beautiful holiday home with 1400m2 of private land, located right by the Zeegserduinen (dunes) in the Drentsche Aa National Park. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a lovely garden with a terrace, including a playhouse, sandbox, and swings. Fully enclosed. Private driveway with parking for 3 cars. Living room, kitchen, and utility room with dishwasher, oven/microwave, fridge, washing machine, and dryer. Please note: the house is rented without linens, which means you’ll need to bring your own bedding, towels, kitchen towels, dishcloths, etc. The beds have single duvets, and all mattresses are size 90x200 cm. If you plan to use the crib, please also bring a mattress protector and fitted sheet. The crib doesn’t come with a pillow or duvet. Our home is suitable for up to 8 people, though one of the rooms has a bunk bed which is best suited for children. No rentals to groups of young people or students. Rentals are ideal for families or adults who want to enjoy a peaceful holiday in nature.

The house is located directly at the Zeegserduinen (dunes), part of the Drentsche Aa National Park. Within walking distance, you’ll find three excellent dining spots. Cyclists and hikers (the house is near the well-known Dutch 'Pieterpad' walking trail) will love this area, but there are plenty of other recreational activities as well: Zuidlaren is within cycling distance and is a charming village with a range of amenities. Groningen and Assen are both a 20-minute drive away, and for swimmers and sailors, the Zuidlaardermeer is also a 20-minute drive. Popular tourist activities include Wildlands Emmen Zoo, 'Het sprookjesbos' (literally: fairy tale forest) with a huge playground in Zuidlaren, 'Klimpark' Grolloo (climbing park within the forest and up in the trees), the Groningen Museum in—you guessed it—Groningen, the Drents Museum in Assen, and the Museum De Buitenplaats in Eelde. Both Groningen and Drenthe also feature beautiful historical estates (small castles) worth visiting, such as those in Leek, Leens, Slochteren, Uithuizen, and Roden.
