The apartment is suitable for 2 persons and has a lovely double bed.
In consultation an extra person is possible, who can stay on the sofa bed.
The luxury apartment was completely newly built internally at the end of 2020, and equipped with various modern equipment.
Upon entering, you step into a very luxurious living room with kitchen. In the living room you will find a sofa bed and large LCD TV with plenty of TV channels.
The open kitchen is fully equipped and includes a fridge / freezer, combination microwave, coffee maker, kettle, plenty of crockery, cutlery and a dishwasher.
The dining area is located between the sitting area and the kitchen.
There is also a spacious bathroom with toilet and washing machine / dryer on the ground floor.
The stairs take you to the first floor, here you will find the bedroom with desk and a comfortable 2-person box spring.
The apartment is equipped with self-regulating (floor) heating and free wifi. On request it is possible to provide a child seat or baby cot.
