Since a few years I am the owner of Jachthaven De Oerhaal. Together with my great childhood love, our three children and my best friend Bibi (the dog) we live at the harbor. A great place, we think it is the most beautiful place in Grou. In addition to my work as a harbor master, I enjoy running. In Grou and the surrounding area there are beautiful walking and running routes so take your shoes with you. As a family we can be found a lot on the water and that never gets boring. Grou is a beautiful village with many restaurants so you can find relaxation as well as effort. You are welcome!

FROM 2020 YOU CAN COME OVERNIGHT! Marina De Oerhaal is a small cozy harbor with about 25 berths and since this year proud owner of beautiful Houseboats. Our harbor is situated on continuous waterways and with a sloop or sailboat you can sail on the beautiful Pikmeer. You can also easily visit the nearby villages or the Cultural Capital Leeuwarden. The Houseboats of NomaDream are currently being built and the pictures give a good impression but are made from another similar houseboat. With the interior of Rivièra Maison we hope to create a warm atmosphere in which you will quickly feel at home. Tea and coffee is available and with a Rituals package we hope to spoil you a little more. There is a towel for every guest and if you stay longer you can book a towel package for a fee. The Houseboat is not suitable for children without a swimming diploma. The view from your Houseboat is fantastic. The village of Grou and the church, which is beautifully lit at night, is a daily delight for us. And you can enjoy it!
