This centrally located accommodation is within walking distance of Amsterdam Zuid station and close to Amsterdam RAI. It concerns the bottom floor of a private house with its own entrance (front door). Everything has been recently furnished and renovated, everything is new! The accommodation is equipped with a double bed, compact workplace with fast and stable internet. There is also a kitchenette with Nespresso machine and refrigerator. The en-suite bathroom has a separate toilet and (massage) shower.

The neighborhood is characterized by the large amount of greenery and tranquility. But with the tram in front of the studio you will be in the center in no time. Rooswijck shopping center is a 3-minute walk and has a big supermarket (Jumbo), cheese store, butcher, deli, drugstore, winery and coffee corner. There are also many parks and (play) squares in the area. Such as the Amstelpark and Amsterdamse bos. Gelderlandplein is a large shopping center with more than 80 food establishments, fashion and an Albert Heijn XL.
