From the spacious terrace (approx. 30 m²), you have a panoramic view of both the open water on the north side and the charming harbor on the south side. Thanks to its north, east, and south exposure, you can enjoy the sun here almost all day long. The perfect place to relax, read a book, or enjoy dinner at sunset.
