Bedlinen is mandatory to be rented. Towels are not included.

The a-la-carte restaurant, supermarket, bar and snackcafe are open from the beginning of April up to and including October. Please note that this is not opened everyday and it varies by month or by week.

The kids' club is offered from the beginning of April up to and including October during Dutch school holidays.

Please note that for company/workers' accommodation and groups different rules and policies apply, such as 1 person per bedroom allowed. Check with the property before making a reservation with them. They have the right to refuse the reservation.

WiFi is limited by 2 GB per stayed night. For example: when you stay 8 nights, you receive 16 GB data for 6 devices which you can use all in once.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Quiet hours are between 23:00:00 and 07:00:00.

A damage deposit of € 50 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded via bank transfer if there is no damage to the property upon inspection after check-out.
