LouLou is a small-scale hotel with ten unique rooms, housed in an authentic marlstone building featuring high ceilings and all the charm that comes with it. The building exudes history – and you’ll notice that in every detail. Please note: our historic building does not have an elevator. All rooms are accessible via a narrow staircase and are therefore not wheelchair accessible. Each room type clearly states on which floor it is located, so you can take this into account when making your reservation.

We offer a variety of room types, each with its own unique character and matching rate. What all our rooms share is peace, comfort, and a keen eye for detail. We’ve deliberately chosen not to place screens in the rooms – because we believe in truly unwinding, free from distractions. LouLou is located on the edge of Valkenburg aan de Geul, in an authentic marlstone building nestled against a rock, in the wooded hills of the beautiful Geul Valley. BISTRO & BAR Opening Hours Our current opening hours are: Friday & Saturday: open from 12:00 PM for lunch, drinks, and dinner from our charcoal grill. Sunday: open from 12:00 PM to 5:30 PM for our cozy Sunday Brunch! On other days, we’re open by request for special occasions or group reservations. Please note: outside these hours, our bistro and bar are closed, and only hotel rooms are accessible.
