Independent living space, of ​​80 m2, in the classroom of a former kindergarten from 1972 with its own entrance and garden terrace. Fully equipped, modern and spacious, eye for detail, and daylight in abundance characterizes this old school.

Middelburg, capital of the province of Zeeland, lies on the former island of Walcheren. Studio Het Lokaal is located on the edge of the city center, 15 min. walking distance, with ample parking.
