MAFF Top Studio Apartment is a spacious and trendy apartment located on the top floor of a mansion. It was designed by a Hague-based architectural firm, with the collaboration of the owner, who is both an artist and an actor. The design is simple, spacious, and modern. Many skylights provide beautiful natural light throughout the apartment. The studio apartment features a large walk-in shower, a separate toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, induction cooktop, microwave, and coffee and tea facilities. One floor below, you will find a space with a washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities. The bed (200x180 cm) comes with an Auping mattress and two separate duvets (140x200 cm). Private parking is available for 15 euros per day, with a lower rate for longer stays by arrangement. The apartment is located in the old center of The Hague, with supermarkets and small shops within walking distance. Your neighbor is a well-known bakery with a lunchroom and terrace. The neighborhood is lively, with a mix of students, expats, various cultures, and many artists. Terrace boats, restaurants, cafés, and shops are all nearby. This is definitely not a dull area; it is vibrant, social, and offers plenty of activities for both tourists and expats. There are excellent takeaway restaurants offering French, Turkish, Chinese, Indonesian, Surinamese, Dutch, Thai, and Japanese cuisines! The neighborhood is especially popular with young and open-minded people. Bike rentals and canoeing are just 40 meters away. The terrace boats are located directly on the canal. The train station is 500 meters away, and all museums are within walking distance. The tram stop is 150 meters away. The owner is available by phone or in person for any questions or assistance.
