It borders the Het Zwin nature reserve. The distance to the beach is about 750 metres. The marina and the centre of Cadzand-Bad are about 1.5 kilometres away. Along Zomerdorp Het Zwin runs the beautiful coastal cycle path between Knokke and Breskens.
