The property is based at an ancient farmhouse, completely renovated in 2014. The studio's are located in a seperate builing, they were created in 2019. The property is about 20.000m2. Meadows, garden, horse riding facilities and a small walking trail, approximately 20 min. walking. We have plenty of sitting options outside. A BBQ or outside kitchen is at your disposal. Next to the studio's Haas and Specht, we also have an appartment Fazant in the main building.
The appartments are something we do next to our regular jobs. We are also amateur winemakers. We like food and cooking and love the natural environment we live in.
The village Leek with a lot of shops is about 2 km. The touristic village Roden with shops and a lot restaurants is about 4 km. A bus stop can be found at 500m. There are several museums and estates located nearby, Nienoord and Mensinge. There are several nature parks in the vicinity. The location is ideal for
walking and cycling. The city of Groningen is interesting. The island of Schiermonnikoog and the surrounding Waddenzee are at ca 40 km.
