Welcome to Our Charming Top-Floor Room in a Duplex Near UMCG Hospital. Part of a duplex located on a quiet street right next to the UMCG hospital. This cozy space is perfect for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, offering everything you need. Room Features: A spacious 140x200 bed for a restful sleep. A wardrobe to store your belongings. A desk and comfortable chair, perfect for working or studying. A mirror for added convenience. Shared Amenities: A fully-equipped kitchen with a coffee maker, kettle, oven, and dishwasher. A shared bathroom on the top floor, as well as a separate toilet for added privacy. A terrace overlooking a small park, ideal for relaxing. Laundry facilities for your convenience. Please Note: This is a SHARED apartment — you may find other guests’ personal items in the kitchen and bathroom. However, there will be plenty of space for you to use both areas. The duplex occupies the first and second floors, and there is no elevator. *For the safety of our guests, we have two security cameras that only monitor the main entrance and the rear terrace.
