Property information

The canalview retreat is a 50m2 studio located on the Prinsengracht in Amsterdam. The accommodation has a kingsize bed and a seperate seating area. There is a table for breakfast or lunch with an amazing view of the canal itself. The cupboards are stocked with everything you need to make a simple breakfast or lunch. There is a coffeemachine, waterkettle, toaster, oven, blender and glasses, plates and cutlery. To reach this wonderfull place you do need to navigate a typical Dutch steep staircase, so it’s not recommended for the elder or infirm. Keep in mind it is a non-smoking apartment and no parties allowed.

Neighbourhood information

The Prinsengracht is one of the most beautiful canals of Amsterdam filled with the well known Dutch houseboats. The property is very centrally located, just a short walk away from the museumdistrict and the old centre. For boutique shopping & dining the Utrechtsestraat is just around the corner and only a 2 min walk. With the tramstop almost at your doorstep you are connected to greater Amsterdam and Central Station.
