Welkom in ons sfeervolle stadsappartement in Rotterdam, ingericht volgens de nieuwste interieur trends met oog voor detail en comfort. Hier ervaar je het beste van twee werelden: midden in de stad, maar toch verrassend rustig en omgeven door groen.
Ons ruime 3-kamer appartement (80m²) ligt op de 5e etage van een verzorgd appartementencomplex, op slechts 5 minuten lopen van het bruisende stadscentrum. De woning heeft twee comfortabele
slaapkamers:
🛏️ Een slaapkamer met een kingsize bed (180x200)
🛏️ Een tweede slaapkamer met een kindsize (180x200)
Opklapbed van 90 x 200
👶 Op aanvraag is er een kinderbedje beschikbaar.
De moderne keuken is volledig uitgerust, inclusief oven, aparte magnetron en kokendwater kraan – ideaal voor een snelle kop thee of een ontspannen kookmoment. Er is een keramische kookplaat en heeft de keuken alles wat je nodig hebt om complete maaltijden te maken. De woonkamer is licht, stijlvol ingericht en voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt voor een aangenaam verblijf.
Ik vind het leuk om host te zijn en jullie als klant verder te kunnen helpen zodat jullie optimaal genieten in Rotterdam.
Scheepvaartkwartier is 1 van de mooiste wijk van Rotterdam. De Erasmusbrug, oude veerhaven en de kunsthal zijn te voet bereikbaar maar ook het stadscentrum.
Er zijn veel leuke restaurants en cafe's letterlijk om de hoek bereikbaar en ondanks alle reuring slaap je rustig en is er weinig straatgeluid. Mocht je advies willen dan kunnen we voor ieder wat wils leuk advies geven
