There is much to discover in the area, during a nature walk in the Engbertsdijksvenen, on a mountain bike or during a visit to the cities and villages in the region. The supermarket, ice cream shop and restaurant are within walking distance. The house is located with the garden on a swimming lake with beach, at the front of the house you walk into the forest. There is also a lot to do for children, such as swimming, going to the large playground with bouncy castle, on the trampoline or building huts in the woods. The German border is a 13-minute drive away, with Nordhorn as the first city, an 18-minute drive to Almelo, 25 minutes to the beautiful Ommen, and 30 minutes to the authentic Ootmarsum. Zwolle or Enschede where you can shop extensively are also nearby. It is possible to park 3 cars on site. There is also a charging station suitable for various charging cards. The bus stop is a 15 minute walk.
