The Water & Meadow Cottage is a rennovated barn in Schoonrewoerd, a village in the beautiful and tranquil countryside of central Holland. Both Ideal countryside holiday location and convienent business/conference location as an alternative to an expensive Hotel in Utrecht. You can reach all major cities and well-known cultural destinations in Holland within 45 mins. Public transport is also convenient to use. Bus line 85 takes you to Utrecht Station in 26 minutes. Bus stop 5-minute on foot from the house.
The cottage is 60 sq mtr. and furnished for complete comfort and relaxiation. The ground floor features a large living room with stunning views of the green meadows, a kitchen with dining facilities for four people and a toilet. The first floor features a large bedroom with a double-bed (160x200) a bathroom equipped with a washbasin, a shower and a second toilet. The house can host up to four guests. Besides the bedroom upstairs, there is a comfortable sleeper sofa that can be easily converted to a double-bed in the living room
