Spacious 2BR apartment of 78m2 ☀️large sunny terrace of 52m2 🚗two parking spaces for cars 🔋electric car charging 🛋️living room 👩🏼‍🍳full kitchen 🖥️home office setup The apartment has two spacious bedrooms, a big bathroom with double sink, full kitchen and a large terrace for sunny days. Perfect for guests that want an apartment with most facilities available. Though the washing room is closed off.
I answer messages almost immediatly and can be contacted easily by phone.
📍The apartment is family-friendly and quietly located. It is within walking distance to several grocery stores, gas stations and hiking areas. 🚌Trondheim city center and Trondheim S are easily accessible by direct bus, which runs 3 to 8 times an hour. The bus ride is 15-20 minutes. Bus stop 3 minutes away. Nearby, you'll also find a climbing center, disc golf course, padel courts, gym, Pizzabakeren, Kompis burger restaurant, and McDonald's. You can easily reach Trondheim city center, Trondheim Central Station, Nidaros Cathedral, Solsiden, and Bakklandet. The city center and Trondheim Central Station are easily accessible by bus, with a direct line running 3 to 8 times per hour and a travel time of 15–20 minutes. The bus stop is just a 3-minute walk away.
