Drømmebasen for ditt neste eventyr! Lys og moderne enebolig midt i sentrum med egen hage. Ligger i rolig villastrøk. Perfekt base for å utforske både fjord og fjell. Kort vei til butikker, kjøpesenter, kafeer, Aker stadion, Høgskolen i Molde, severdigheter og naturopplevelser. Nyt bylivet og naturen på en gang. Passer for par, venner, familier som vil bo sentralt, med naturen rett utenfor døren. Unn deg et komfortabelt opphold.
Vi er en familie som leier ut vår private enebolig. Vi bor ikke i huset når det er utleid, men er tilgjengelig for spørsmål og kan være behjelpelig med tips, råd og informasjon for å gjøre ditt opphold best mulig.
Villaen ligger sentralt til, det er få minutter å gå til butikker og kjøpesenter. Vi ligger rett ved Seilet spa, flere treningssenter, Moldebadet (badeland), Aker Stadion (hjemmebane for Molde fotballklubb), Sjøfronten, Romsdalsmuseet, Molde kino for å nevne noe. En kort kjøretur unna ligger 9 hulls golfbane, Tusten alpinsenter og Skaret skisenter som også har rulleskiløyper. Molde har også flere gode restauranter. Villaen ligger i blindvei i et rolig villastrøk med kort vei til fjord og fjell.
