Her er alt man trenger for å nyte late dager i Tønsberg. Jarlsø med flott sandstrand ligger ca 10 min. gange fra huset. Strendene på Klopp, Ringshaug og Skallevold ligger en liten kjøre- eller sykkeltur unna. Gratisfergen Ole 3 går rett ved, over til Husøy med fine turmuligheter, sandstrand og volleyballbane. Bussen til Tønsberg sentrum (ca 6 km) går også rett ved.
Det er 2 soverom i 1. etg: ett med dobbeltseng (kan gjøres til 2 enkeltsenger) og ett med køyesenger + 1 elektrisk seng. Soverom på loftet har nyere dobbeltseng (ikke sengene på bildet) som også kan brukes som 2 enkeltsenger.
Terrassen har utemøbler og gassgrill. Noen av møblene i stuen er byttet ut siden i fjor da disse bildene er tatt, til det bedre.
Wi-fi og strøm er inkl. i leien.
