Enkelt og fredelig overnattingssted med sentral beliggenhet med gratis parkering.
Leiligheten ligger på et populært område på Kalhammeren med nærhet til matbutikk, bussavganger, Evo og BI. Det tar ca. 15-20 minutter å gå til Stavanger sentrum.
