Charming house from 1850 on Langestrand with views of Larviksfjorden and Svenner Lighthouse. The house is a short walk from Farris Bad and Batteristranda, which is a nice sandy beach. 25-minute walk to Tollerodden, where you can swim from the rocky cliffs or to the next sandy beach, Karistranda. If you prefer fresh water, the lake Farrisvannet with nice swimming opportunities is only 10 minutes away. On the ground floor you will find a kitchen, dining room, living room and a library. TV with Altibox, internet included. There is one bedroom with a double bed on this floor as well as a toilet and laundry room with shower. Nice patio outside. The property consists of several buildings, and you are close to the neighbors, but you do have your own, sheltered patio in addition to a separate patio outside the kitchen. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with two single beds. Bathroom with shower and bathtub. Sloping roof on the first floor with a slightly lower ceiling height. Attractions in the surrounding area include Foldvik Family Park (10 minutes by car), a paradise for families with children. Nedrum Museum and the idyllic little town Stavern (9 minutes by car), Fjordstien (550 meters from the house), which is a 9.6-km long hiking trail to Stavern, where you can continue on the Kyststien in Brunlanes, Norway's oldest coastal trail, 35 km long, all the way to Helgeroa. In the lake Farrisvannet you have freshwater swimming opportunities right next door. Bøkeskogen is 10 minutes away on foot. There is a boat to Svenner Lighthouse from Stavern 3 times a day. If you want a day at the spa, Farris Bad is the perfect place; here you can treat yourself to a relaxing day of wellness for a fee. Color Line has daily departures between Larvik and Hirtshals, Denmark. Free street parking right next to the house. Final cleaning is included in the price.
