Welcome in the city beyond the Artic Circle, the only place where the sun doesn't set in summer and beautiful Aurora dances in the winter sky. Indulge yourself in our stylish and modern home that offers a great place to relax with breathtaking views of the city of Bodø, an Artic gem and a number one starting spot for visiting the Lofoten Islands. THE VIEW Enjoy the view from your breakfast table, from a comfy sofa or during a cosy evening on our patio with a glass of wine. You can see all the way to the main marina and watch ship and leisure boats coming in out the city. The prominent mountain in front is called Sandhørnøya and all the way to the left you can see the famous Børvasstindan mountains. This spacious and quiet apartment, with one double bedroom, open plan kitchen, lounge and with fully glazed patio offers a great choice for short stays for travelling individuals, couples or families visiting our lovely city in the Artic Circle. Enjoy your stay on the high floor of Concept B building, located in the prime location of the city, with all amenities at hand and just 5 minutes from the airport. The city offers an endless choice of activities among which can be a meal in one of the great restaurants, drink and dance in variety of bars and clubs, music events, big screen film in a cinema, harbour walks or enjoying seaside and beaches.

The city is truly beautiful, nestled in breathtaking Arctic nature with plenty of unique outdoor attractions (like Saltstraumen, the world's mightiest tidal sea vortex or a huge waterfall, Valnesfossen, to mention a few). We have amazing restaurants, outdoor saunas, concert hall, museums, pretty awesome nightlife, all in the vicinity of apartment. And at the same time, some unforgettable hikes on the doorstep, in national parks like Sjunkhatten, Heggmoen, Mjelle or Kjerringøy, with stunning beaches around the peninsula. Options are vast and diverse to cater for any preferences. Even the Lofoten islands aren't as vibrant and lively such as Bodø 🤩 and of course, we were the European Capital of Culture 2024 and things are happening :) Also, ferries from Bodø to Lofoten islands and back are completely free so you can take one over whenever, even as a day trip.

Please park only in the designated space. Parking requirement must be notified in advance at the time of reservation due to availability. We can only offer what's vacant, which may vary. Rate is 175 NOK/day.

Our CHECK-IN window is strictly between 16:00 & 18:00. Late checkins (after 18:30) attract surcharge of 300 NOK. It is not possible to check in after 23:30.

Upon arrival please take your shoes off and relax your feet. There is a wooden flooring and clean carpets throughout the apartment. Please do not roll suitcase over the floor. Our guests are asked to fill in a short arrival form. This is compulsory and the non-filling penalty is £30.

IMPORTANT!!! If you are cooking, please ventilate properly. If the fire alarm goes off, please reset it by pressing the button for 3 seconds. It’s in the main hallway, on the wall outside of the apartment.

NEVER LEAVE THE HOB OR THE OWEN ON UNATTENDED! If you are going to cook food that causes a lot of fumes, you can prevent the alarm from going off in the apartment by pressing the yellow button in advance for 5 seconds. The smoke part of the detector will then be out of order for 30 minutes. Please refer to the full FIRE INSTRUCTIONS manual for more details. Everyone in the apartment is responsible for familiarising himself with the fire instructions.

NO SMOKING (inc. vaping/el.cigarettes) inside the apartment or on balcony

The security deposit for any damages caused as a result of non compliance is set to 5000 NOK. A part of it (3000 NOK) is paid by card upon arrival and returned at the checkout.

Guests must pay the tourist tax at 50 NOK pp/night. This is collected upon arrival. Cleaning is charged extra, at 10% of the booking price. Charged upon checkout.

The heating is automatic and comes on if the temperature drops below 22-23 C degrees. Please do not change the settings on the thermostat.

Breakfast 6:30-10:00 & Evening buffet dinner 17:30-20:00 at exclusive rates for our guests at the Grand Hotel Bodø, only 2 minutes walking from the apartment. Book through us and get 15% discount. Breakfast buffet is 200 NOK/pp (normally 225) and the evening diner buffet is 320/pp (normally 375). 50% off for children up to 12yo.

Quiet hours between 10pm and 8am. Extra guests or PARTIES are not allowed.

CHECK-OUT is by 10:00. However, we can offer a late one. If you wish to arrange an early checkin or a later checkout, please give notice in advance so that we can help. Just ask. There’s a fee of 150NOK/hour. The same applies to early checkins.

Before you go, the please leave the place clean and tidy and ensure ALL lights are off, close the windows, turn off electrical devices and place KEYS on the kitchen countertop. Then send a message just as you are leaving.
