This is a Saltdalshouse that was set up by the owners and put into use in 2017, later several terraces were built. In 2023 an annex was built, and put into use in 2024. The house is very well equipped and of high standard with all the facilities you may need for your stay. The house is located in a relaxing place 120 min from Tromsø Airport on Rebbenesøya (island) in Tromsø municipality, you have to take ferry from Mikkelvika to Rebbenes (15 min), then drive prox 16 km to Bjorvika. Public transport is possible, but it can be a bit complicated with several transfers during the trip, so it is recommended to use your own car or a rental car. The natur right outside of the house. The area are unique for sport-fishing, hiking, mountaineering, skiing. The place is perfect for those who want recreation, reading a good book, fireplace, If you need groceries, you can find them at Engvik General Store, about 6 km away.
Private family-owned cabin, owned by Jan and Marit.
Very quiet area with a small river by the cabin, sea eagle, reindeer and moose can sometimes be seen, grouse are common in the area, the northern lights can be seen when conditions are right.
