Nice holiday home by the Sea and 1 hour drive from Stavanger. Enjoy your own private jetty with boat house and Beach. Property of over 8000 Sq. meters and fantastic garden. The Jetty and Beach is located 200 meters from the house and down a hill. Plenty of room for one or more families. Great area for fishing and there is boat you can use for free. Location good for hiking or just relaxing in the garden or by the Sea. In the garden is also an old "Eldhus" which is over 100 yrs House was partly renovated in 2024. New kitchen. All bedrooms, hallways, stairs and living room downstairs with new walls, ceiling and floor. Good place to spend for one or more families. The house has two living rooms and a separate dining room. Six bedrooms and two bathrooms. The Fifth bedroom in house is on 1st Floor also doubles as a living room in day and evening time with TV and a sofa that converts to a Bed. The sixth bedroom is Outside in the garden in a separate building. it is an old fashioned "Eldhus" which was moved to the property a few years back and is over 100 years old. This has two bunk beds. This is for summer time only and guests have to use toilets inside house. So basic facility and more for "brave youths" than for the parents. The Garden is fantastic and as a small park with a small stream running through it. It also has a small football pitch at the top of the garden and two separate patio areas with chairs and garden furniture. 200 meters down the hill and through a field is your own Private Beach, Jetty and Boat house. Fantastic for swimming and fishing or just relaxing, reading a book or sunbathing. Great place to be in the evening to enjoy a meal and a glass of wine and enjoy the sights and watch the boats go by and watch the sun set. Note that in the summer time, there are two horses that graze in the field that leads to the jetty and beach. They are completely friendly and like humans. But just be aware of this in case you are afraid of horses.

I have been renting out the house for four years to Norwegian and non-Norwegian guests. I get great feedback and my guests like the property and its surroundings. All guests are given a small information booklet on the house and local area upon check in, and I am always available to answer questions and help my guests so that your holiday in my house becomes a nice occasion.

As mentioned a big property with parking outside available for several cars. The house itself is 1 hour drive from Stavanger and also 1 hour drive from the start of the trail to the famous Pulpit Rock. Grocery store is located 10 mins drive away. Good strategic location either you are coming from South of Norway and want to continue your trip Northwards, or the opposite. The fjords outside are renown for very good fishing with big fish, so perfect also for a fishing holiday. There are (simple, not professional) facilities at the jetty for cleaning fish after the days catch. The beach is more pebbles than sand. It is for use solely for the house, so complete privacy. The jetty is also great to swim from or bathe in the sun in the deck chairs and furniture. I have a simple boat of 15 feet for 5 persons included in the rent with oars. You can borrow my safety vests and use the boat for free to go rowing for fishing or just for fun.
