This apartment is located in a residential area in Solheimsviken, just outside the city center. Everything you need for daily life is a 5-minute walk away. The light rail stop is a short walk away and provides easy access to the city. Nearby, you'll find a Coop Xtra (grocery store), gym, restaurants, butcher, and gas stations. The location offers excellent morning sun in the garden. This neighborhood is perfect for those who want to live a bit outside the city center while still having everything within walking distance and easy access to the tram to the city center.
