This former farmhouse has been carefully restored and converted into a rustic hotel and restaurant. Just 1 km from Voss, modern amenities such as free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs feature in each room. The individually decorated bedrooms at Store Ringheim Hotel feature a modern private bathroom. Some have a fireplace, while all come with a seating area and an electric kettle. Store Ringheim’s restaurant is open on most days and serves a variety of homemade meals. Guests also have the hotel bar in which to relax after a day out in the surrounding mountains. It also has a garden. The famous village of Flåm and fjord trips to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Nærøyfjord are only 1 hour’s drive away. Opportunities for white-water rafting can be found 1.5 km away in Voss.
