Our lodge is in the remote Tharu village of thakurbaba, formally known as thakurdwara on the border of bardiya national park. It is short distance from the park headquarter and an ideal place to base yourself for your activities or just to relax, away from the hustle and bustle of the rest of the world.
Namaste! My name is Hukum and my nickname is 'junglehukum' I was the 1st guide at bardiya national park that's why I have a lot more experience in guiding people through the jungle and around the karnali river. Together with my wife Krishna I am running this lodge. You will feel like you're a part of our family & we will do our best that you will feel unforgettable time here in Bardiya.
Bardia is famous for its wildlife and particularly for the Royal Bengal Tiger. We organise safari in the National Park. You can choose the best options for you: jeep, walking, camping, sleeping in treehouse, canoeing, fishing,... I'm a certified guide who love and know wild life.
