Immerso nella tranquillità del verde, il 10 Cottages offre cottage indipendenti con balcone, a soli 2 minuti a piedi dal centro del ghiacciaio Franz Josef e a 3 minuti a piedi dalle piscine termali del ghiacciaio. Sono inclusi parcheggio gratuito fuori strada e WiFi illimitato gratuito. Tutte le camere sono dotate di TV a schermo piatto con canali satellitari, asciugacapelli, riscaldamento elettrico, coperte elettriche e angolo cottura con forno a microonde. Dal terreno gli ospiti possono ammirare le montagne innevate e il ghiacciaio Croz (tempo permettendo). Il banco escursioni può organizzare una serie di attività, tra cui voli scontati in elicottero, escursioni, paracadutismo, kayak, passeggiate a cavallo e passeggiate sui ghiacciai.
