With a floor space of 172 sq mi (1851 sq feet) you will be spoiled for space in this peaceful retreat which is beautifully appointed - created for those who appreciate privacy and want spacious areas for relaxing, working or playing. Please note, we only allow one party in the house at a time so when you book the place it will be all yours for the duration of your stay. Two rooms available which are separated from each other by the kitchen and the lounge so it’s perfect for 2 couples. One bedroom is an ensure with a king size bed which sleeps two. This room has a heat pump/air conditioner as well. The ensuite comes with a claw foot bath and a flat screen TV. The other room has 1 Queen Size Bed which can sleep 2 people and I King Single Bed which Can sleep one person. Guests have full access to a large kitchen and lounge (which comes with a 3D TV and Netflix). There is a covered deck with has outdoor furniture as well. The Kitchen has all the pots and pan and other cooking utensils. We also provide a rice cooker, toaster, jug, slow.fast cooker, deep fryer, coffee maker, breadmaker, tea, coffee and sugar.

I am a Lawyer and have been living and working in Rotorua for the past 7 years. I have travelled widely and love meeting people from all different countries. I am happy to drive my guests around Rotorua for sightseeing, free of charge. I have a small car (Mini Cooper) which only fits 4 people though. The house is all yours as I am not at the house when it is booked.

Largely new houses in the neighbourhood. The house is a 2 minute walk away from the Lake so if you are into kayaking etc, you want this house. It is about 10-15 minute walk from the town and close to the world famous redwood forest, polynesian spa and other tourists attractions. Public transport is a short walk away.
