This property has 2 great holiday cottages, a cute bach below and stylish home sitting above it high on the hill near Palm beach. The 2 houses together is perfect for a larger family group, or group of friends wanting to be together! And they are just a couple of minutes walk from the wonderful Palm beach. Big Sister is at the top (Number 24) has a large sunny deck with lovely views across the valley. The property sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms, and is a good place for the whole group to gather together. It is is very stylishly furnished & well set up, with a smart TV, a Bluetooth speaker, and a Nespresso machine. There is both indoor & outdoor living & dining areas. It is eco-friendly, being an off the grid property. Little Sister is below (Number 22), and is a quintessentially classic kiwi bach, which has has been recently renovated, and has both character and style. It has a lovely flat lawn, and again a nice outdoor dining & living area.

The houses are up a steep driveway, a short walk from the lovely Palm Beach - which many locals claim is the best beach on the island - but don't tell everyone! There is also a store, a bottle shop & a great restaurant, Arcadia, as well as a great playground for the kids. So you rarely need to leave the area...just hide away in this little slice of paradise!
