We moved to the Kapiti Coast permanently after having a beach house here for some years. Recently 47 Rosetta Rd came onto the housing market and we purchased it solely to offer to guests as an upmarket holiday accomodation and for family and friends to enjoy from time to time as well. We live nearby and love the location. We love the beautiful beach and views of Kapiti Island. The climate is considerably better than Wellington City with more sunshine and higher temperatures.
