A free airport pick-up service is provided between 09:00 and 21:00. Guests are requested to inform Airport Birches Motel of their flight details, their ETA and if a transfer is required.

When ready to be picked up from airport call +64 3 3423338 or freephone 0508342333 (NZ only) and the property will send a shuttle shortly thereafter. This service is available between 09.00 through to 21.00 every day, except Easter Friday to Easter Monday and 20th December to 6th January.
