Stunning unified open plan living with a perfect balance of past and present - steel, raw timber, and Marakesh plaster. Fully renovated and painstakingly restored to create an eclectic comfortable vibe. Lay back on the Italian leather lounge or enjoy a wine in the sun-drenched private courtyard as the day fades. This apartment is the perfect retreat for a break or base for work.

Situated only a short walk to town, Blenheim is a funky relaxed little town with so much you can do. Marlborough and the surrounding district have options galore for day trips and adventures from wine tours to tramping and cycling to boating in the sounds.
