Welcome to our world, set in a relaxing garden and surrounding countryside. Your self contained bed and breakfast accommodation has a lounge & a separate bedroom with ensuite & walk-in wardrobe. The lounge area contains a kitchenette. There is also a smart TV which has freeview, netflix and Amazon Prime availability. Wifi is free and so is plenty of off street parking. You can make your own continental breakfast at your leisure and enjoy the shared swimming pool, spa pool/jacuzzi, and BBQ on our extensive deck area. This peaceful place is only 7 minutes drive to the middle of the lovely Cambridge shopping area. From there you are central to many attractions...Lake Karapiro where all sorts of water sports take place; Hobbiton of Lord Of The Rings fame; cycling and many other sports ; art trail and many more...you are spoilt for choice!
As new comers to the Waikato area since arriving in October 2016, Wendy and Mike absolutely love living in Cambridge. We are thoroughly enjoying our life living on a semi rural property yet only 7 minutes drive from the centre of Cambridge town. We aim to provide our guests with a peaceful and tranquil sanctuary to help them recharge their batteries after a busy day of activity - whatever they have been doing. Mike and I are both friendly people who enjoy meeting new people. We want to make your stay with us as pleasant as we can. We love to travel so feel free to share your experiences with us if you wish. We respect your privacy. Wendy is an artist with some of her paintings for sale. We love our garden and of course good food, wine and chocolate!
Cambridge is very central to many tourism attractions all within no more than an hour's drive away and many are less than 30 minutes away. We are is just 7 minutes drive outside of Cambridge town living in a semi rural setting surrounded by dairy farms. Avantidrome is close by for cyclists. Then there is Hobbiton, of Lord Of The Rings fame, Sanctuary mountain, Mystery Creek, Hamilton city, Lake Karapiro, Waitomo Caves, are just some of the major attraction venues near us. It is a very safe and quiet rural neighbourhood and we live onsite with our B&B. You will need to have your own transport because we are in the countryside.
