The studio is separate from the house providing privacy and peace. The semi open plan architecturally designed studio is very welcoming providing plenty of space to sleep, dine and lounge. Views to the rear courtyard and the front garden accentuate the feeling of space and calmness. Aquavilla B&B is located in the heart of Plimmerton with easy access to a beach and cafes all with extensive views of the surrounding coast. Aquavilla B&B is located on the Te Araroa walkway and is a great location for exploring the area via foot, bike, kayak and car. I'd be pleased to direct you to the many hidden gems in the local area.
I enjoy meeting people and hearing their stories. My focus is to provide an exceptional accommodation experience providing comfort, quiet and as many small details that will make your stay effortless and enjoyable. I enjoy the multitude of water sports available on our door step with my family's main focus being dinghy sailing along with the odd windsurf, surf, paddle and swim. The local cafes often beckon for either a quiet or social coffee.
Plimmerton is spoilt for things to do. It can start with a short walk along the beach or a longer walk to the yacht club further up the beach promenade. On the way you can check out our selection of cafes/restaurants or a play area for the children. There are some easy to reach vantage spots for extensive views of our coastline and we can guide you to some spots only locals know about. There is even a heritage trail revealing Plimmerton's history. There are some great bike rides with Plimmerton as a starting point or an easy drive away. Horseriding. Golf. The surrounding water ways and coastlines cater for every water sport - swimming, surfing, kayaking, SUPs, windsurfing, kitesurfing, sailing and fishing. The trick is having enough spare time to fit all the possibilities into your stay.
