We offer boutique studio accommodation in our Victorian villa in Port Chalmers, Dunedin.
Built in 1863 our house is one of the oldest in Port Chalmers and retains many of its original features. The studio is situated on the ground floor and consists of one exclusively furnished bedroom with a queen bed, a seating area, a walk-in wardrobe and a large ensuite bathroom.
Guests have their own entrance and a private deck area in the front garden. There are tea and coffee making facilities, a toaster, a microwave and a small fridge, a flat-screen TV/DVD player and free Wi-Fi.
The house is located just a few minutes walk from George Street, Port Chalmers main shopping street.
It is a 10-minute drive to Forsyth Barr Stadium or 12 minutes to Dunedin CBD. Beaches & the Orokoui Ecosanctuary are just a short drive away. In Port Chalmers you find an eclectic mix of cafes, pubs/restaurants, galleries, second hand shops, a supermarket etc.
