Immerso tra alberi autoctoni sulla sabbia dorata di Sullivans Beach, proprio dietro l'angolo dal centro di Paihia, il Bay of Islands Beachhouse offre lussuosi appartamenti con vista sulla spiaggia e sulle isole. Ogni appartamento dispone di un proprio patio e terrazza con barbecue e splendidi giardini. Tutti gli appartamenti sono arredati individualmente e dotati di cucina completamente attrezzata o angolo cottura, TV a schermo piatto e lettore CD/DVD. Paihia Beachhouse mette a vostra disposizione 2 kayak e una piccola barca. È possibile percorrere il sentiero privato fino a Sullivans Beach per pescare qualche pesce o fare una nuotata in tutta sicurezza. È possibile prenotare tutte le attività locali, tra cui escursioni giornaliere, parasailing, moto d'acqua, canoa, pesca e vela. Il Waitangi Treaty Grounds e il Waitangi Golf Club distano solo 5 minuti di auto dal Bay of Islands Beachhouse Apartments.

Dear future guests, It's always difficult to say, why your property stands out from others, the only thing I can come up with, is that the Lord blessed me in buying this beautiful Beachfront property around 30 years ago. So it's the beach area and the views and God's beautiful nature, which is available for you to enjoy, native pigeons, tui's waking you up, and the sound of gentle waves, coming up from the beach towards your bedroom. I can say honestly, there are only a few who can say in Paihia central, we are absolute beachfront. We can and we are....., no public road in front of us.
