As owner operators we strive to provide the best service possible .When you check in you will be meet by host owner who thrives on making people welcome then be presented with this spectacular property . Although contactless check-in is available with digital smart locks on main doors. We also provide free shuttle service to and from all Ferry terminals. We are proud to present this premium property to the Marlbourgh region .

Boathouse Apartments . This a unique property situated in the Picton Marina 75 Meters from the Boat ramp . Marina , Mountain and sea views from all Apartments. Eight minute walk through the marina on a board walk with views of boats and sea life. Will take you to Hotel and café precinct. Apartments are in quite area without noise of town but close enough to enjoy it faculty's . Of street parking for all guests. We hope all will enjoy our property we believe this to be the best premium accommodation in Picton . With new fully tiled bathrooms full kitchen upstairs in premium apartments. Kitchenet in Ground floor of all Apartments New luxury furniture purchased. Sea views from all Apartments. And large stacker doors opening to balcony with glass balustrade on 1st floor providing uninterrupted view across the marina and beyond. This is a spectacular property in a one off location . We look forward to welcoming guests to this great location. We will also provide free shuttle service to and from all Ferry terminals
