Our Boutique Tiny House is quite unique! It was built by a local craftsman builder and is truly exceptional in layout, design with all new modern features. And if that's not enough, It has the most fabulous vast rural views for you to enjoy from your own private deck and outdoor area - just stunning.
Jane and Dave Grant - we are experienced in tourism and hospitality with over 20 years working for local iconic tourism operators. This is our dream property that we love to share with guests and friends. We have 15 acres with alpacas, sheep and chickens and beautifully appointed gardens for you to enjoy. Dave is a Skipper and Jane hosts guests as well as running a local postal delivery contract around the greater Te Anau area.
We have a rural property on the main highway - so easy to find - but we are only 5kms from the Te Anau township which is less than a 10min drive so a perfect place to relax and enjoy all that Fiordland and Te Anau have to offer.
