‘Brassed Off’ is a stunning brand new architecturally designed 1-bedroom studio unit located in Butel Park in Arrowtown, just over the road from Millbrook Resort, and less than a 10 minute stroll to the main street of Arrowtown. The studio has everything you need for a great stay - warm, cozy, luxury linens, fluffy towels and bathrobes, Aesop soap, Apple TV and a Google Chromecast. You’ll also enjoy access to a lap pool, gym and tennis court available exclusively for Butel Park residents and our guests. Please note there is a kitchenette with a toaster, jug, nespresso coffee machine & small bar fridge, but no cooking facilities. There is an abundance of amazing restaurants a short stroll away from the studio to enjoy! Parking is offsite a short walk through the reserve to the property. If you have lots of luggage you are welcome to use the main driveway for our house to unload / load your bags and then park offsite at the designated parking spots. Alfie our small and very cute Cavoodle puppy may come and say hello while you’re staying with us!

Welcome, my name is Emma and I'm a 4th generation Arrowtowner & proud owner of a couple of awesome accommodation options available for you, right here in my home town. There aren't too many 'true locals' left in Arrowtown (to be fair there were never that many here in the first place). In fact there were only 9 children in my class at Arrowtown Primary School around 35 years ago, today my children have about 50-60 kids in each of their year groups. Arrowtown today is a vibrant place to live & visit and we love to host people here in our very first home 'Number 10' and also in our newly built guest wing & family home in Butel Park (which was actually my Grandad's hay paddock).
