新西兰“房间整洁卫生，每个房间都有电暖气，虽然没用上，但感到很贴心。厨房厨具齐全，使用方便。卫生间很干净，我们入住前下雨了，房主还提前用除湿机帮忙去湿。最让人感动的是我们一下车房主Belle 就拿着刚从院子里采摘的蔬菜欢迎我们，还送了我们自己家的走地鸡蛋。还很用心的给我两个女儿准备了亲手编织的发圈，我们告别的时候还给孩子们赠送了暖心的小零食。总之是非常愉快的一次入住体验，感谢友善的Belle ！”

Peaceful environment: at the back there's a Bridge across a little stream & many Birds in the trees.
Total three rooms with ONE bathroom, ONE air-conditioner. Two friendly Asian female professionals stay in two rooms long term, this 3rd room suits ONE quiet friendly guest (Airbnb to be CLOSED soon).
Kitchen, dining and living are in the same area; no separate living no lounge.
Best check-in time: AFTER 4pm (sometimes 12 noon - 2pm); SELF check-in possible with at least 1 day notice.
The host was a uni lecturer overseas & a public servant in NZ until 2024, now semi-retired enjoying gardening and looking after family member. The host stays nearby, available for assistance almost any time.
