Guests are responsible for leaving the property, its furnishings, and grounds in the same condition as on arrival. By booking, you authorize the provider to charge the card for any damage, loss, or costs needed to restore the property, beyond fair wear and tear. The provider may request confirmation of your agreement and re-submission of card details if necessary.
