My unit is a new build, stand alone, fully equipped, secluded and a private modern space. It backs on to a park, is quiet and peaceful. I'm up a driveway with no neighbors. It is clean refreshing with all amenities.
I am an adventurous soul with a love of the beach, bush and travel. I love my home which is the original 1930's bungalow of the area. I enjoy the peace and quiet of my location, and are a practicing Yogi. My passions are family, gardening, yoga, tramping, being with friends old and new and love meeting new people.
The neighborhood is one of the older in Tauranga and is well established, it is quiet and safe. I'm in an excellent location , close to the expressway with easy access to the CBD, Mount Maunganui, Bethlehem and the Hospital. Traffic issues in Tauranga don't effect me! this is a major bonus. I'm a short walk to a small local bar, there's a corner shop and good takeaway within 2 mins walking distance.
