Situated with stunning views overlooking beautiful Coopers Beach, an easy minutes stroll away. Centrally located for all the attractions of the area, you'll enjoy beachside living with breathtaking sea views. Kayaking, swimming, fishing, great eateries and cafes, and shopping facilities including a supermarket, pharmacy and butcher all within minutes!
By the Sea is a ground floor stay comprising of 1 x Queen bedroom, 1 x Double bedroom and a bunk bedroom. Our space is perfect for a couples getaway or families alike, accommodating 6 people
Enjoy alfresco dining on the deck while soaking up the view, or make the most of beach living with kayaking (kayak provided on request), swimming or a beach stroll. Whatever kind of stay you are after we have you sorted.
This property is downstairs in a 2 story residential home with private entry and amenities and plenty of off street parking. The kitchenette facilities include a single convection hob, microwave, electric frying pan, toaster, full fridge/freezer, Nespresso machine, kettle, crockery, plates, cutlery and cooking utensils. There is also a bbq for guest use. By the Sea also provides all bed linen and towels

By the Sea is a minutes walk to Coopers Beach - a beautiful safe beach perfect for swimming, kayaking or an easy stroll. The property is a few minutes away from a large supermarket. The area punches above its weight for great cafes and eateries including a Thai restaurant, world renowned fish and chip shop, seafood restaurant and top notch casual dining/pizza restaurant. It is also easy driving distance to other stunning beaches in the area such as Cable Bay, Taipa and further to Matai Bay and Rangiputa. Also easily accessible are two top notch vineyards - Carrington Estate where you can try the wine at a fine dining restaurant or Dancing Petrel who arrange wine tastings on request. Perfect also for a day trip to the renowned and hauntingly beautiful Cape Reinga
