Further afield, head to Wentworth Falls for a scenic day out, just 14 minutes away by car, or hire some kayaks and paddle out to the idyllic Donut Island for a memorable excursion. There is a maximum of six (6) adults allowed per booking at this note that the top bunk beds are not suitable for be aware the sleepout at this property is accessed externally and the bathroom is inside the main note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year. Whangamata is a favourite holiday destination in the Coromandel. It has one of the best surf breaks in the area, as well as having safe enough swimming for families. Behind the well-equipped town is a large forest park, with walking tracks and biking trails through lush native forest.
